Somebody Had to be First

I first met Nick on November 1, 1999. We both started our journey with a Pittsburgh advertising agency on that date. Over the course of the next few years, we not only worked together, but we also enjoyed backpacking trips with our co-workers. Sometimes we stayed local in the Laurel Highlands or in West Virginia’s Dolly Sodds wilderness and other times we would venture further to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Mt. Rainier National Park in Washington state. Great times for sure!

Fast forward to July 2014, I’m starting a new career in insurance and lo and behold my good friend, Nick, is looking for auto and homeowners insurance. There can only ever be one first customer and that was Nick. What’s even more remarkable is that ten years later, Nick has the distinction of being our longest tenured customer.
